Hardware is important. Here at ServOnDemand, we believe in only providing our clients with genuine dedicated DELL or IBM server hardware. Unlike our competition, you will not see beige home build desktops turned servers, you will only see genuine server rack mount equipment. We feel that you deserve the best, something that thousands of business relies on, not something you would expect to buy at your local home electronics dealer.
All of our dedicated server offerings are facilitated in blade form factors and blade enclosure environments. Unlike traditional servers, blade servers provide the most performance per square inch. Blade servers also feature redundant network modules, redundant power modules, redundant fan modules, and redundant management modules, something that is impossible to find for the same price on traditional rack server systems. Management is easier and more refined with a blade architecture and features such as IPKVM, remote media, and power reboot functions are standard with all of our offerings.

A rackmount solution offers the most in terms of flexibility and expansion capacities. While a blade solution offers very high levels of redundancy, they are often limited by their physical storage capacity and their enclosure space. A rackmount dedicated server systems offers the client a standalone system that does not share any resources such as a common backplane or power supplies. A rackmount system is ideal for those who may want to increase their hardware capacity such as adding in additional storage drives or tape backup mechanisms. We recommend rackmount solutions for expansion and capacity. To configure your rackmount solution, please contact us today!
All of our packages includes a client control panel designed by Ubersmith, Inc, a leader in automation control panel systems for the hosting market. The client control panel allows clients to create tickets, review, escalate and control their tickets in the system. It also features a full invoicing and billing system that allows for quicker and easier transactions with a payment history and complete past invoices. Furthermore, our control panel allows users to control their server power, network settings, bandwidth, and monitor all elements of their account with up to date power and network bandwidth graphing.
Clients can further utilize their control panel system by printing out and reviewing historical data including power trends, port activity, and bandwidth history. Bandwidth graphing is up to the minute and graphs both outgoing and incoming bandwidth in addition to private network bandwidth and out of band management bandwidth.
Sometimes you just need to be able to access your system remotely, install software remotely, or simply would like full access to your system just as if you were sitting right next to it. Our IP KVM is key to full management and remote access of a server system. This feature is a INCLUDED with all of our hosting packages.
Remote power reboot consoles are included for all of our hosting systems and allow clients to switch off, switch on, or cycle their server power supply. This feature can be access via the servers management card directly or via the Client Control panel. This service is INCLUDED with all of our packages.
Private network services are ideal for those clients seeking solutions to transfer large amounts of bandwidth between their own systems, or those who would like to transfer data without interruption of internet bandwidth capacities, or simply wish to have a private network back-end for critical or sensitive data.
The private network resides on a fully switched gigabit network backbone and is isolated only for your own systems to communicate with each other. No one else can see your data, no one else can get onto your own network, no bandwidth sharing between internet bandwidth and local network bandwidth. All of our hosting packages including full cabinet co-location includes access onto the private network.
Setup by request with the purchase or hosting of more than one system.
