Sometimes things goes wrong, whether its hardware or software. Our system monitoring systems provides you with the most proactive and exhaustive monitoring available. We provide four service tier monitoring services, Default, Rapid, Critical, and Mission Critical.

In conjunction with our Ubersmith client console monitoring, we can monitor your system so you do not have to. We monitor system availability from the outside and the inside; this ensures that your system is available from outside the network and can communicate.

Default Monitoring: Our default monitoring comes with every server package; this is an advanced monitoring suite that only monitors higher level equipment, such as infrastructure components and switch components. In the event of a hardware failure, technicians are automatically dispatched with the utmost urgency.

Rapid Proactive Monitoring: Our rapid proactive monitoring package takes the basic monitoring a step further by not only monitoring the infrastructure, but also monitors the individual server system. The system will monitor in intervals of 30 minute spans and escalating notifications up to all members of potential server issue.

Critical Proactive Monitoring: Critical package increases monitoring intervals to periods of 60 seconds. This ensures that no time is wasted on any downtime possibilities and that support is quickly dispatched to address a potential server issue.

Mission Critical Monitoring: Mission critical further increases the monitoring intervals to 10 seconds, this monitoring package not only includes the alerts to all support personnel, but also catches small glitches where as the other monitoring packages may miss, such as sporadic signs of failures.
