Client Control Panel

All of our packages includes a client control panel designed by Ubersmith, Inc, a leader in automation control panel systems for the hosting market.  The client control panel allows clients to create tickets, review, escalate and control their tickets in the system.  It also features a full invoicing and billing system that allows for quicker and easier transactions with a payment history and complete past invoices.  Furthermore, our control panel allows users to control their server power, network settings, bandwidth, and monitor all elements of their account with up to date power and network bandwidth graphing.

Clients can further utilize their control panel system by printing out and reviewing historical data including power trends, port activity, and bandwidth history.  Bandwidth graphing is up to the minute and graphs both outgoing and incoming bandwidth in addition to private network bandwidth and out of band management bandwidth.
